Our website hosting provider may also process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP addresses and server logs.

How and why we use your information

We use enquiry details to respond to requests, provide quotations, arrange appointments and carry out locksmith work. This is generally necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract or to perform a contract. If you choose WhatsApp, your message is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where legally required.

Photographs and customer work

Photographs you send as part of an enquiry are used to understand the job and provide the service. We may show examples of completed work on our website, but we should not publish identifiable customer details, vehicle registration numbers or private property information without an appropriate basis or permission.

How long we keep information

We keep information only for as long as needed for enquiries, services, business records and applicable legal requirements. Different records may have different retention periods. You can contact us to ask about the information held in relation to your enquiry or job.

Cookies and website technology

Cookies and similar technologies are small pieces of information stored on, or accessed from, your device. Our website uses WordPress and may use strictly necessary technologies for security, administration and the operation of the site. WordPress also uses temporary browser storage for technical features such as emoji support. During our pre-launch review, we did not identify Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or advertising-tracking scripts on the pages checked. This is not a guarantee that the hosting provider or future website changes will never introduce additional technologies.

We do not currently intend to use optional advertising or analytics tracking on this website without reviewing the applicable rules first. If we add non-essential cookies or similar tracking technologies, we will update this notice and provide an appropriate choice and consent mechanism before using them where required. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Links to WhatsApp and other external services are governed by those providers’ own privacy information.

Your data protection rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal information, object to certain processing, or request data portability. Optional website analytics

If you select Allow analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, pages viewed, how visitors find this website, confirmed email form submissions and clicks on telephone and WhatsApp contact options. A contact click does not confirm that a call or WhatsApp message was completed. Google processes browser and device information, usage events and approximate location. Analytics cookies and your preference are retained for up to 180 days. We do not send the contents of your enquiry, your name, phone number or email address as analytics events.

Google Analytics is blocked until you allow it. You can reject analytics and still use our contact options. To change your choice or withdraw consent, use Analytics cookie settings in the footer. These statistics are estimates and do not include every visitor.
